Meet Lauren
Lauren Aloisio is a New England based, multi-passionate, sound energy practitioner and registered nurse.
Working as an RN in downtown Boston since 2010, Lauren has always been passionate about helping people heal. She first began her journey in holistic wellness after training to become a reiki practitioner in 2014. Shortly after, Lauren was diagnosed with Stage III Melanoma. The world as she knew it, flipped upside down. The nurse became the patient.
Throughout her health journey, she has continuously found incredible solace in calming her body, mind, and soul through the integration of energy work such as reiki, sound meditation, breathwork and mindfulness.
In 2020, Lauren brought the first offerings of Sound Therapy to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She now offers it to staff regularly to help her colleagues fight burnout, anxiety and depression.
Lauren’s mission is to bring more education, awareness and access to the integration of wellness practices into the mainstream and well-renowned hospitals.
Training
Lauren is indebted to her beloved teachers and guides. Her energy journey began with learning Reiki I in 2014. After her 1st sound bath experience in 2018, she realized she could actually meditate. Since then, she has been learning, evolving and growing to continue sharing the magic of energy work.
