Reiki Level I+II Training

Reiki is a beautiful holistic energy healing tool to use on yourself and others. Reiki training can strengthen your spiritual connection, clear blocks, and invoke your inner healing abilities.

Each level receives a sacred Reiki attunement to initiate a student into a practitioner. The 6 hour class includes a day of teaching, practice time, light snacks, a certificate, a presentation book, and access to future Reiki shares. Reiki can be learned by anyone with an open heart & mind!

Reiki I “I am in the light”
Level I is suitable for those interested in healing themselves, learning how to give treatments to friends/family and beginning training for professional practice.

This class offers you:

  • The history of Reiki, How Reiki works, How to set up & perform a Reiki Level I session, How to perform self Reiki, Receive a attunement, Practice time

Reiki II “The light is in me”
Level II is suitable for those looking to build on their Reiki I practice, learn & utilize the Reiki II symbols in treatment, learn distant Reiki symbols and how to give a distant Reiki treatment.

This class offers you:

  • A review one Level I Reiki, Learn three symbols used in Level, Learn how to give a Reiki II treatment, Learn how to give a Distant Reiki treatment, Receive a Level II attunement, Practice time

Sound Training

Sound healing is a powerful integrative practice that can be utilized on its own or paired with other healing modalities such as reiki, polarity, yoga, massage, or meditation to name a few.

Lauren and her best friend + partner in sounds, Julie Bjurman, have developed a 20 hour Sound Training to help students understand and respect the sacred history and foundations of sound and energy. These classes include teaching, hands-on practice time and tools for integration into practice. 

WEEKEND PART I:

Introduction to Sound Healing, Introduction to the Gong and Ancestral Instruments

WEEKEND PART II:

Introduction to Crystal, Voice and Integrating Your Skills to Lead Your Own Sound Experiences
