Learning Reiki can deepen your spiritual connection, clear energetic blockages, and activate your innate ability to heal—both yourself and others.

Lauren offers small group Reiki trainings in a supportive, heart-centered space. Each training includes a sacred attunement to initiate you into the Reiki lineage, connecting you to this healing energy for life.

Your training includes:

  • A 6-hour immersive class

  • Live practice and hands-on learning

  • A Reiki attunement ceremony

  • A printed handbook

  • A certification of completion

  • Light refreshments

  • Access to Reiki Shares for continued support and growth

Reiki I: “I am in the Light”

This foundational training is perfect for those seeking to explore energy healing, support their own wellness, and begin sharing Reiki with friends and loved ones.

You will learn:

  • The history and principles of Reiki

  • How Reiki works as an energy healing modality

  • How to perform a full Reiki session

  • How to offer Reiki to yourself

  • How to set up a treatment space

  • Receive your Level I attunement

  • Ample practice time

Reiki II: “The Light is in Me”

Level II expands your ability to work with Reiki energy, introducing sacred symbols to deepen your practice and allow you to send Reiki across time and space.

You will learn:

  • A refresher on Reiki I principles and techniques

  • The three Reiki II symbols and how to use them

  • How to give a full Reiki II treatment

  • How to perform distant Reiki sessions

  • Receive your Level II attunement

  • Hands-on practice and integration

Sound Training

Discover the transformative power of sound healing through our two immersive training experiences, designed for both beginners and those seeking deeper practice.

Intro to Sound Healing Intensive (1 day)

A retreat-style, immersive introduction to sound healing for those curious about the practice. This one-day intensive blends experience with foundational knowledge, allowing participants to explore the healing potential of sound in a supportive, experiential setting.

Awaken the Alchemy Within (3 day)

A comprehensive, in-depth training for those ready to deepen their practice. Through guided instruction, hands-on learning, and experiential techniques, participants will gain the confidence and skills to incorporate sound healing into their personal or professional practice.

Both trainings offer a strong foundation in working with gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums, and the voice, empowering you to integrate these tools into your own sound healing offerings. At this time, each training is offered once per year.
