Enjoy the relaxing practice of restorative Yoga as we passively stretch with the full support of bolsters, blankets and blocks, with personal Reiki energy healing throughout. As we settle into our final pose of savasana we will close out the evening with a powerful yet soothing sound bath by Lauren Aloisio of New Moon Wellness.
