A sound bath or sound journey is the intentional meditative practice of returning the body, mind and spirit into balance through the immersion of sound. Full Moon energy is about releasing, ending chapters and aligning into awareness of what is no longer serving you. Tuning into intentional sounds and frequencies under the energy of the Full Moon will create powerful shifts to align you into your highest and best self.

Participants are invited to bring anything to maximize comfort while laying down (yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask) as this is not an asana practice.
