In this class you will learn the history of Reiki, how Reiki works, how to set up & perform a Reiki Level I session, how to perform self Reiki.

The day includes a day of teaching, practice time, Level One Attunement, light snacks, a certificate, a presentation book, and access to future Reiki shares.
