✨ Human is hard right now.
The world feels heavy. We’re witnessing deep loss, both personal and collective. The grief of shifting systems, dissolving structures, and the suffering of the world can feel overwhelming. As women, we are the carriers of deep, oceanic emotions, our wombs connected to the waters, our hearts attuned to the cries of the collective. Yet so often, we move through our days disassociated from these truths, unsure of how or where to release what we are holding.

This intimate circle is a sacred space to be held, to process grief, frustration, and sorrow in the presence of a compassionate community. Whether you are navigating the loss of a loved one, releasing old versions of yourself, or grieving the state of the world, you are welcome here.

💗 What to Expect:
🌹 Kelly will gently lead us through a Rose Plant Spirit Tea Meditation, inviting softness and healing to the heart space.
🔔 Lauren will offer a Crystal Sound Meditation, guiding you into deeper release and inner peace through the healing frequencies of sound.
✨ A supportive container for sharing, witnessing, and being witnessed—without pressure or judgment.

This evening is an invitation to honor your grief, to allow space for your heart’s truth, and to remember that you are not alone.
