Lauren will share the current moon energy, guide the group in a journaling exercise followed by gentle breathwork.

Then participants are invited to get as cozy as possible to relax into a reiki infused sound journey.

Please bring a journal, a water bottle, pillow/blanket to maximize your comfort laying down.
