Join Lauren & Julie of Sacred Sounds to restore the mind, body and soul as we gather to create a space of stillness during a meditative sound bath.
Participants sit or lie comfortably on the floor and immerse into a soundscape of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and more, which will help to induce a relaxed, meditative state that reduces stress, relieves tension and eases anxiety.
This brainwave down-shift from our awakened beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), theta (meditative state) and even delta state, promotes well being and allows the body to heal itself. Sound baths are an incredible way to invoke healing and wellness.
