Join Lauren + Meggie for a sacred winter journey with tea and sound, created to support slowing down, deep rest, and nervous system nourishment during the quieter season of the year.
We will begin with a grounding tea ceremony, inviting you to step out of the pace of daily life and arrive fully in the present moment. As the tea is prepared and shared, you are encouraged to attune to your senses and notice what arises within you. The tea will be thoughtfully selected to align with the winter season, time of day, and the shared intention of our gathering. This portion of the experience is gentle, reflective, and rooted in earth-based ritual.
From there, you will soften into an immersive sound journey. While resting comfortably, layers of sound and vibration wash through the body, supporting relaxation, sensory awareness, and nervous system regulation. Sound is received through the ears, skin, and deeper layers of the body, inviting the system to release tension and gently return toward balance and restoration.
This experience is designed to be receptive and spacious. There is nothing to do, fix, or achieve. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
Please bring anything that helps you feel warm, comfortable, and at ease while lying down, such as cozy layers or socks, a blanket or pillow, water, and a journal if you wish.
This experience is well suited for you if you:
Are feeling stressed, overstimulated, or fatigued
Crave deep rest, stillness, and a slower pace
Enjoy ritual, sensory experiences, or contemplative practices
Are curious about sound meditation or tea ceremony, whether new or experienced
Want gentle nervous system support without needing to talk, process, or perform
